If you wish to cancel your BuyersEdge subscription, there are three ways you can go about this depending on how you signed up:

  1. Cancelling your subscription if you signed up on an Apple iPhone/iPad
  2. Cancelling your subscription if you signed up using Google Android Phone/Tablet
  3. Cancelling your subscription if signed up online

Cancelling your subscription if signed up online

  1. Click here to create a new support ticket
  2. Enter your accounts email address (make sure it's the same one you used to sign up)
  3. Select Consumer from the Customer Type menu
  4. Select Cancel my BuyersEdge subscription from the Request Type menu
  5. If you wish, you can provide additional details in the Description field
  6. Submit your reuqest
