If you wish to cancel your BuyersEdge subscription, there are three ways you can go about this depending on how you signed up:
- Cancelling your subscription if you signed up on an Apple iPhone/iPad
- Cancelling your subscription if you signed up using Google Android Phone/Tablet
- Cancelling your subscription if signed up online

- Click here to create a new support ticket
- Enter your accounts email address (make sure it's the same one you used to sign up)
- Select Consumer from the Customer Type menu
- Select Cancel my BuyersEdge subscription from the Request Type menu
- If you wish, you can provide additional details in the Description field
- Submit your reuqest
