If you wish to have your account deleted, there are two ways you can go about this:

  1. Do it yourself via the app
  2. Contact our support team

Deleting your account via the app

  1. Open the Homes.com.au app on your iPhone or Android phone
  2. Navigate to your Profile page within the app
  3. Select My Details
  4. Select Delete Account
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your account deletion


Deleting your account via our support team

Our support team is happy to help you with your issue if preferred. To raise a ticket with our support team, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click here to raise a new ticket
  2. Enter your email address and subject
  3. Select Consumer from the Customer Type list
  4. Select Delete my account from the Request Type list
  5. Submit a brief description and submit the ticket


The support team will get back to you confirm your account has been deleted.
