An agent's profile is very important as it gives portential buyers or sellers insight in to your company and services.
The profile should be filled out as much as possible, with a photo, cover photo and a description of each team member.
Profile Fields
Video URL allows a video dedicatrd to the agent to be specified. It should be a URL to a video hosting site such as YouTube or Vimeo.
BCC Enquiries is a feature where any enquiries sent to this particular agent can also be sent to a different email address.
If in doubt, leave this field blank but it can be very useful in specific circumstances.
Permission is visible to Agency Admins and it allows another user to be promoted to Office Admin level or demoted.
Photo Sizes
Agent photos should ideally be 500 x 500 pixel square images.
The cover photo which is shown at the top of an agent's profile page should be 1280 x 460.
